Job Description
- Planning the production and activities (sorting, packing, etc), ensuring that the production flow and activities are executed well as targeted
- Setting up a packing house from scratch
- Lead and coordinate a team
- Developing a system/process-flow for the packing house
- Managing and administering the packing house including all team member, machines and documentation after it is running
- Ensuring good quality products
- Conduct regular evaluation and generate improvements
- Creating regular report as well as maintaining budget
- Make sure the packing house would bring benefits to the whole process:
- Cost saving as much as possible (efficiency)
- Time saving for the process as quick as possible (effective)
- Prolonged the product shelflife with proper handling and post-harvest innovation R&D
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, specification in Industrial Engineering
- Have at least 5 years worth of experience in the Logistic, Fresh Industry, Packing House, Production House, Retails, or Processing Centre
- Understanding of how warehousing process works
