Job Description
- Capability to handle a full set of bookeeping, trial balance, reconcile all the bank and transaction record, and prepare financial statement (PL,BS,CF) is a must.
- Ensure all transactions being recorded accurately which include performing a variety of clerical job, data entry, tax reporting including account reclassification and offset.
- Check and confirm company liability for payment to the third parties
- Check and confirm company receivable to clients Understand treasury & cash management, account receivable, account payable.
- Maintain fixed asset record and the depreciation process
- Maintain filing for accounting, finance and taxation data
- Ensure timely delivery of receivable monthly reporting including but not limited to sales and collection reconciliation, outstanding collections, and uncollected receivables
- Engage with the new projects to discuss any new reconciliation report and method to ensure the accurate reporting
- Responsible for uploading the sales-related reports to XERO system and execute the collection reconciliation
- Ensure accurate and complete reconciling items handed to accounting team
- Guide the team in discussion with external parties on solving discrepancies
- Assure timely and accurate invoicing
- Develop new reconciliation process for new payment methods or new products, and track the transaction charges
- Lead the Revenue Management team and analyze potential improvement for AR operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Verify check amounts against invoices, and authorized checks and wire transfers to approve cash disbursements
- Respond to external audit inquiries
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in analyzing financial report
- Experience in E-commerce/B2B
- Experience in Accounting Firm
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Has can do attitude, capable to work under pressure, capable to work both in team and independently, willing to work overtimes
- Good in MS Office, especially MS Excel, XERO ( Accounting Aplication)
- Self-motivated, responsible, strong attention to detail, and able to work independently and under pressure
- Mature, willing to learn and contribute
