Job Description
- Manage information technology and computer systems
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
- Checking computer hardware to ensure functionality
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems

Answered inquiries relating to account information, products and services.

Collected customer feed back and made process changes exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of technical management
- Information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication ability
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
