Job Description
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES of the position:
- Maintain the different books of accounts for all funds,
- Analyzes all accountability reports submitted by the Regional and Provincial Offices,
- Reconciles the balances of accounts for all fund at the CO and RO/PO levels,
- Monitors the compliance to the notices of suspensions or disallowances issued,
- Reviews all disbursement vouchers and accountability reports for submission to the Commission on Audits
- Prepares financial and accountability reports for submission to fiscal agencies; and
- Performs other related functions.
Minimum Qualifications
MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to job
- Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
- Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
- Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledgeable in Accounting Procedures and Standards
- Computer Application Proficient
- Can work under extreme pressure
- Good moral character and work ethics
