Job Description
- Performs research works on various legislative bills and proposals that may affect TESDA's programs and projects;
- Assists in the drafting of agreements, contracts, legal forms and other related documents and recommend its approval;
- Assists in the investigation and evaluation of administrative cases upon instruction from superior;
- Assists in the tracking and organizing of files containing important case documents; and
- Performs other related functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Can be law school undergrads/graduates of law/bar passers
- Preferrably with legal experience
- Having attended relevant trainings is an advantage
- With excellent communication skills
