Job Description

  • Performs research works on various legislative bills and proposals that may affect TESDA's programs and projects;
  • Assists in the drafting of agreements, contracts, legal forms and other related documents and recommend its approval;
  • Assists in the investigation and evaluation of administrative cases upon instruction from superior;
  • Assists in the tracking and organizing of files containing important case documents; and
  • Performs other related functions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Can be law school undergrads/graduates of law/bar passers
  • Preferrably with legal experience
  • Having attended relevant trainings is an advantage
  • With excellent communication skills
