Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- 15% Maintains central file of official communications;
- 5% Photocopies/ packages documents/ materials;
- 10% Provides assistance in the preparation of communications/ materials;
- 15% Records the incoming/ outgoing communications;
- 15% Releases and receives communications/ documents;
- 5% Monitors the consumption of supplies and materials;
- 5% Prepares financial documents;
- 5% Prepares Annual Procurement Plan;
- 15% Prepares secretarial support to the Executive Director;
- 5% Makes and receives calls, and;
- 5% Perform other related functions.
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
- Education - Completion of two-year studies in college OR high school graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
- Experience - 1 year of relevant experience
- Training - 4 hours of relevant training
- Eligibility - Career Service Sub-Professional/First Level Eligibility
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good moral and work ethics
- Good in oral and written communications
