Job Description
- Assist in the performance of all HR functions, including but not limited to:
- Payroll
- Leave Administration
- Recruitment, Selection, and Placement
- Performance Management
- Monitor incoming and outgoing documents
- Prepares HR reports
- Assists the HR Focal in any other functions as deemed necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Work experience is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
