Merchandise Assistant  

Merchandise Administration:

• Monitors deliveries and stock levels in distribution centers and stores, controlling intake and ensuring deliveries match orders
• Oversees inventory movement and control in all store outlets
• Ensures timely and accurate stock replenishments for all outlets
• Coordinates with Warehouse for the delivery of stocks to the stores
• Allocates and maximizes sales potential thru effective replenishment

Reportorial Duties:

• Creates reports and analyzes sales figures
• Conducts sell through analysis on a store level
• Admin and Support:
• Prepares merchandise allocation for selling events
• Maintains a systematic, complete, and organized file of all relevant documents pertaining to the operations of Merchandise Team
• Communicates w/ consignment accounts on a daily basis
• Shares Inventory & Stock Offer for Online and other stores
• Visits the stores and checks competitors as needed and provides a thorough retail check report
• Provides support to Immediate Superior
• Prepares and monitors the inventory InterCompany Transfer Forms (ITFs) for stock movements
• Ensures and monitors availability of DS SKU codes of items
• Provides support to Immediate Superior

• 4 year Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Has background and knowledge in MERCHANDISING and/ or retail store operations.
• Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
