Job Description
- Provide feedback to Location Manager, Network Roll Out and SQ & QA
- Monitoring branch operational and coordinate with Location Manager
- Deliver all the service as briefed from Location Manager and SQ to meet branch excellent
- Monitoring all the branch system and process as a Branch Standard
- Update work plan to achieve service excellence as a target from Location Manager
- Deliver Complaint Handling as brief from Location Manager and SQ to meet great customer experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Have an experience in Banking’s Service.
- Have a great skill in Complaint Handling, Banking Knowledge.
- Able to work & communicate with group and do multitasking skill to cover Digital Banking customer’s need
- Fluent in English for verbal and written
- Leadership
- Undergraduate or Master graduate.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Working area in Manado
