Job Description
Functions and principal activities:
We are searching for an experienced Sales Manager to join our company. You will be working closely with different teams in selling, closing deals, scoping, budgeting, and developing various cutting-edge mobile technology products in the Asia Pacific region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities and new sales leads
- Analyze customers’ current technology needs to create appropriate solutions and promptly respond to customers’ requests
- Effectively pitch our products to new clients and maintain good working relationship with existing customers and partners
- Close deals and generate revenue for the company in keeping with pre-agreed targets
- Understand client requirements
- Participate in new products’ life cycle from conceptualization, creation of prototypes, scoping and the actual selling to potential clients
- Planning and preparing presentations and prototype demo
- Head the coordination between external clients and internal development teams
- Perform regular market analysis and prospecting to identify new markets and opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record on sales and business development with Asian Mobile Operators (6+ years)
- With a solid professional network to enhance and expand Tiaxa’s relationship with Mobile Operators in the region.
- Strong technical knowledge in telecommunications considered an advantage
- Extraordinary selling and negotiating skills
- An efficient and confident communicator
- Strong visualization and presentation skills
- Experience in collaborating with technical teams in the creation of mock-ups and prototypes
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management is necessary as you will be handling multiple products and accounts
- Must be able to travel extensively and thrive in challenging environments.
