Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the overall marketing efforts of the Tier One Talents and Prodigies. You will be working closely with the Talent Management and Platform Acquisitions team in developing customized marketing strategies to grow the talents’ social media pages, as well as providing data-driven insights regarding the potential target audiences.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and Implement marketing strategies and activities to achieve the career objectives of the talents
- Conduct market research to find out about current trends and market opportunities
- Promote brand/talent awareness through marketing efforts
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Create an individual marketing plan for Tier One Prodigy Talents
- Assist the VP of Business & Entertainment and the Talent Managers in road mapping the career goals of the Tier One Prodigy Talents
- Regularly collaborate with internal teams like creatives and sales to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
- Analyze and create reports on the performance and efficiency of campaigns marketing plans, campaign results, and project recommendations
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, while ensuring brand guidelines are met
- Provide feedback and data to the VP of Business & Entertainment regarding the marketing performance of the various talents
- Possibly liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in the English language
- Can work with people from various cultural backgrounds
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to create and foster productive and engaging relationships
- Familiar with powerpoint or other presentation software
- Can perform duties under pressure
- Solid knowledge of digital advertising platforms
- Knowledgeable in Esports
