Senior Business Intelligence  

In the Senior Business Intelligence position, you will leverage your analytical and data skills to deep optimize Tinkerlust business activities by helping recommend business strategies for the operations,finance and marketing department.

Responsibilities include:

• Wrangling data from multiple sources including sales, inventory, product, and customer databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
• Designing and building reports, dashboards, and analyses in both Excel and Tableau
• Build the analytical component to conduct deep dive analysis of all data deriving from business development, sales, and marketing to recommend decision making in various departments
• Oversee the execution of strategy recommendations for intelligence/data driven sales, marketing and operations
• Execute analytical projects and understanding of analytical methods particularly as it relates sales, operations and marketing
• Find solution to complex business problems through data analysis and statistical modeling
• Use statistical analysis to Identify new and emerging patterns of customer behaviors, while making recommendations on business direction and decision making
• Work with cross-functional teams across Tinkerlust for collaboration to optimize business activities based on successful data analysis

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an analytical field - e.g. Engineerings, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance
• 3 - 4 years experience in design and execution of analytical projects
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented and must have an aptitude for solving unstructured problems. The role will require the ability to extract data from various sources and to design/construct/execute complex analyses to come up with data/reports that help solve the business problem
• Ability to apply analytical, computer, statistical and quantitative problem solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-task and high volume environment
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible in responding to deadlines and workflow fluctuations
