• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports according to PSAK and IFRS
• Prepare VAT, WHT 23, and WHT 4 (2) calculation, monthly tax return, and reconciliation to GL
• Coordinating with AR Team to ensure that all invoices are controlled, procedures followed, and all relevant information is received
• Coordinating with AP Team to ensure that all invoices from vendor are reviewed, properly paid, and properly recorded
• Implement, Evaluate, and Improve Internal control and framework for revenue, COGS, general expenses, and procurement
• Develop objective-based system & process enhancements
• Liaise all the necessary communication with external parties such as Customer, Vendor, Bank, Financing Company, Auditor, and consultant
• Ad-hoc assignments

• Degree in Accounting
• Tax Brevet AB is a must
• Minimum 2 years experience in auditing role
• Minimum 1 year experience in tech start-up company
• Experience with cloud-based accounting software such as Xero is a plus
• Experience with end-to-end digital transformations and optimization across the business
• Highly skilled in excel function
• Good communication skills including speaking, presenting, writing
• Strong analytical skills, a positive attitude and be able to work under tight deadlines
• Fluent in Bahasa and English Skills
