Job Description
- Develop strategic planning for core features
- Translate company overall strategy into core feature product roadmap
- Track, analyze, and communicate industry trends and impact
- Set priorities for product development
- Develop product metrics
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from ideation to tactical activities
- Lead the ideation of new features/products and validate hypotheses
- Lead user and market research, including visits to customers, usability studies, customer surveys, benchmarking of other products
- Support and approve UX design for product
- Evaluate and approve product requirement documents
- Oversee feature development from kick-off to testing
- Oversee development progress and communicate it to related stakeholders
- Develop & execute go-to-market strategy:
- Ensure that all internal teams—marketing, sales, customer service, risk, etc.—as well as external vendors/merchants, are prepared prior to launch
- Oversee go-to-market campaigns for product launch
- Oversee the product’s operations:
- Ensure that day-to-day problems are troubleshot
- Ensure that frauds are identified and acted upon
- Monitor product metrics
- Continuously improve and implement processes in the product team
- Sketch, layout, design and edit internet properties and conceptualize new ideas
- Work with tech to implement graphical UI and UX
- Drive design and engineering teams to deliver a polished product to users
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to developers
- Initiate tie-ups and partnership to create brand and product awareness
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the management
Minimum Qualifications
- Good technical background;
- Background in start up company;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
