Job Description
- Add more extensive and personalized communication between Tokopedia and our merchants
- Create and develop suitable marketing plan for each merchant to achieve continuous order transaction based on system and local Partner Performance team
- Collaborate and coordinate with local PP team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of communication, process and objectives achievement
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate sales performance results
- Compile report consisting of merchant products and campaigns based on performance results and merchant feedbacks
- Improve TPV on monthly basis and aiming to improve tier level on the following quarter
Minimum Qualifications
- Ideally with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Proven experience in account management
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong commercial and client facing abilities
