Area Sales Manager (Business)


Job Description

  • Achieve the sales targets by managing the field sales team successfully in the pre-determined area (Jabodetabek, Java excluding Jabodetabek, Sumatera, or Kalimantan-Sulawesi) with the main job to do acquisition and retention of Mitra Tokopedia
  • Control the performance of third party business partners who fully manage the field sales officers in the region
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow Mitra Tokopedia's customer base
  • Create and present the sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts per region to Tokopedia's management team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable universities
  • Minimal 2 years of relevant experience handling General Trade in Telco/FMCG industries
  • Strong mentoring, coaching, leadership, and people management skills
  • Strong ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proactiveness and strong ability to work independently on the field
  • Willingness to travel frequently to different regions
