Job Description
- You will manage process improvement & project management
- Identify, plan and implement internal projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing lead time, improve customer journey, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and company GMV.
- Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving a goal
- Manage expectation and achieve approval from the relevant parties
- Actively involved and monitor pilot program
- Provide management with regular status update
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. 2 years management consulting experience with process improvement background
- Entrepreneurial drive
- Appetite for end-to-end complex problem solving
- Experience working in eCommerce or a start up is a plus
