Job Description
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
- Greet company guest, partner, or applied candidates to the office.
- Arrange and book meeting room and company’s car for office purpose.
- Relay appointments from company’s guest, partner or applied candidates to the responsible user.
- Receive a package or document for company or Nakama.
Minimum Qualifications
- SMK/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in all major.
- Well-mannered, good attitude and attractive.
- Good in verbal and writing in English.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task and time management.
- Strong in problem solving and analysis skill.
