Job Description
- Prepare documentation related to company goals, to help communicate these goals throughout the team, and keep those targets organized.
- Advocate the best course of action to achieve the desired business goals.
- Doing analysis of existing practices and strategies to identify which areas need improvement, and the development of innovative methods to help establish and achieve company goals.
- Coordinate with management to review and improvise the relevant business strategy activities.
- Manage the project teams to achieve business goals.
- Monitor project progress & address potential issues to AVP of business.
- Foster positive and productive relationship across internal Tokopedia divisions.
- Work cross functional with Business Development, Product, Tech, and Data analyst team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Having more than more than 2 year experiences in ecommerce/ consultant company
- Data driven background
- Having proven experiences as a strategist
- Familiar with ecommerce use cases
- Strong leadership skills
- Good public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in microsoft suite (excel), ms.office, and tableau
- Super organized and focus
- Able to work with a super tight deadline
- Able to work with a big team in agile environment
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to motivate and keep team on tasks

- Reachable through weekend & outside office hour
