Job Description
- Doing daily activity as SRM URT Staff to recover user bad experience in Tokopedia based on the predefine parameter
- Work with related stakeholders to solve the issue ASAP and collect the data related to it (financial loss, misshandling, etc)
- Maintain good communication with ops stakeholders and able to smoothing the recovery process
- Visiting user based on the predefine parameter for recovery
- Manage merchandise and items for recovery and reporting weekly or monthly stocking report
- Monitoring, controlling and take the responsibility for media mention and quick response team process answer and improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from any field
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Able to speak and write in english fluently
