Job Description
- Manage to evaluate Product Knowledge, skills and training
- Provide appropriate employee development solutions through the LMS (learning Management System)
- Develop development programs both offline and online covering a variety of topics including but not limited to: employee development, manager development + leadership program, and career growth
- Plan, organize and facilitate training sessions for new + internal employees and vendors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Tech- Savviness;
- Ability To See Long-Term, While Fulfilling Short-Term Goals;
- Ability To Look Beyond The (Traditional) LMS;
- Data-Driven Approach;
- Learner-First Mindset.
