Job Description
- Help special project if there is need shift of plan, and fulfill it on time;
- Brainstorming, create a suitable model of knowledge literature
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned by the team
- Prevent action who has mistaken in SOP and guideline impact to customer
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing part of agent and support behaviour
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate partner (vendor) individual and team performance on boarding results based on data daily perfomance
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal quality team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of communication, process and objectives achievement
- Prepare and validate weekly or monthly report & data related in partner regarding Tokopedia
Minimum Qualifications
- Student from reputable university in communication or management major minimum 3.0 GPA
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking & growth mindset
- Able to work individually and in team, communicative
- Basic command of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills – written, oral and interpersonal
- Works independently with focus on accuracy and quality
- Be able to work full time Monday - Friday
- Minimum 3 months of internship period
- Available to start the internship period as soon as possible
