Job Description
By crafting copywriting for Tokopedia’s products, you create a seamless experience for users through the apps. You explore new ideas and work closely with multiple divisions to ensure Tokopedia’s tone of voice is well-implemented on the whole product. Use your expertise to encourage and mentor peers, as well as continuously creating innovation in UX Writing.
- Writing intuitive, innovative, and effective copy for product.
- Giving feedback and guidance peers, demonstrate problem solving with new perspective on existing solutions.
- Manage work appropriately according to agreed timeline, while also contributing to other projects outside his/her own.
- Communicate ideas and collaborate with Design, Product, and Business teams to gather new insights, establish connective language, and build common understanding.
- Initiate copy critique both pre-launch and post launch stage to maintain product quality standard.
- Proactively develop Tokopedia’s tone of voice implementation and impact.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from any major who has the passion to write and deliver things to users
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Writing or 4 years of experience in media, advertising agency, or any related field as copywriter
- Well-versed in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Has a growth mindset and ready to collaborate at anytime
- Able to work in fast-paced environment, complete tasks, and coordinate multiple projects with minimum guidance
