Internal Auditor Lead (Finance)  

Internal Audit Lead role is to conduct risk assessments, creating a disciplined approach for Tokopedia monitored through periodic audits. You will ensure governance and compliance are controlled and that operational procedures are implemented consistently. Internal audit lead also can work closely with the Group Corporate Auditors and External. Internal audit lead should display a strong level of integrity and leadership. The position is well suited to people who enjoy communication, collaboration, act as problem solver into decision making, planning and organizing.

• Develop the internal audit department and the internal audit strategy to ensure that the function is able to keep pace with a rapidly growing and evolving business.
• Develop audit work plan processes, specifically to the low to high risk assessment audit scope area
• Planned, conduct and oversee the execution of individual audits defined in the audit program ensuring that the audits and reviews carried out offer real challenge, insight and oversight of the business
• Drive and conducts risk assessment for every department within established/required timeline.
• Issue all Internal Audit reports ensuring the reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to management.
• Lead Internal Audit's change initiative by implementing action plans related to risk assessment and annual planning, audit execution, audit reporting, staff recruiting and development, audit technology, and Audit Committee reporting.
• Working with the 1st and 2nd line teams to agree follow-up remediation actions to address findings from Audits
• Tracking actions through to completion and following up where items are approaching or beyond their due dates
• Meet regularly with the Audit Committee to report the status of Internal Audit's ongoing monitoring activities, educate/inform the committee of emerging risks and/or exposures (whether internal or external to the company) that should be considered, and serve as a "thought leader" with respect to risk management and internal control best practices.
• Proactively inform senior management of significant risks or exposures related to internal controls, compliance, and/or governance requiring prompt attention
• Serve as the key point person on all regulatory exams and other third-party audits.

• Min 3-4 years experience in Internal audits functions, preferably in the fintech, payments and/or retail banking sectors
• Have done risk management projects and have worked on advisory or risk management / control advisory projects
• Prior big 4 experience is preferred
• Passionate about technology and familiar with IT general computer controls
• Proven record in leading and developing an internal audit function with knowledge in Business Process Improvement and Risk Management
• Great at providing effective challenge whilst building strong, respectful relationships
• Dynamic, forward-thinking with a clear focus on business improvement and great at asking incisive questions
• Hands-on, great at execution, and care about the day-to-day detail.
• Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management and people management will be essential.
