Job Description
- Check all dashboard on daily basis (including if any system bugs is found even if its already automated)
- Follow up non-responsive PIC/unsolved cases after 2-3 days alert detect it
- Detect & Analyze abnormal pattern in specific location, route, or period, and propose actionable troubleshoot
- Coordinate with partner control tower, and if necessary direct to partner ops field team
- Coordinate with internal Ops team, monitor partner CS if any unsolved ticket / late response / no response / ticket spike
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management. Other Engineering and Economy-related majors are welcome to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with logistics, business process, operation excellence, and continues improvement.
- Strong analytical, administration, and communication skills.
- Ability to observe, interview, record, analyze, and detect problems on the spot in scheduled site visits.
