Job Description
- Act as the main PIC and build strong relationships with strategic payment partners.
- Responsible for managing payment collaboration, including maintaining business and operations.
- Optimizing payment penetration in Tokopedia's platform.
- Measure and report the payment performances, share the insight, and assess against goals.
- Deep dive and solved key issues to support the operational team (CS) and make sure we serve the best payment journey for customers, including complaint handling.
- Work closely with various teams within the internal Tokopedia team to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, bank industry, or fintech company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across the team.
- Proactively and having good problem-solving.
- Strong track record in operating in complex and dynamic environments.
- Excellent time management skills and abilities to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra mile.
