Job Description
- Provides assistance in the use of work station, hardware, software and specialized system.
- Sets up and configure work stations, peripherals and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedure based in Company IT policy (SOP).
- Maintains branch systems and database.
- Designs and produce basic reportorial.
- Provides troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for IT equipment and may assist with testing computers and peripherals on a network to diagnose, hardware versus software issues.
- Monitoring and maintaining branch systems, networks and IT peripherals.
- Responsible in installation of CCTVs, DVRs & Biometrics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and providing corrective action
- Has a background in Software and Hardware
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can deal with the different level of customers
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
