Job Description
- Creating high-quality game assets from concept phase to renders.
- Design and create high-quality game assets (characters, props, sprite, UI, and animation assets).
- Create marketing and supporting visual materials.
- Follow the team's art direction and be open to constructive feedback.
- Documentation: Doing research, collecting references and creating briefs for asset design, creating art guidelines.
- Proactive in raising issues and providing solutions.
- Involve actively in quality review both for the internal and external teams (outsourcing studios).
- Guiding and mentoring Junior(s) and intern(s) to improve their skills.
- Report to Lead Artist and Art Director for art task progress.
Minimum Qualifications
- Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experienced in Unity3d engine art pipeline
- Experience in management or decision-making involvement
- Experienced in developing game visual effects and graphic post-processing
- Experience in giving training and mentoring Juniors
- Experience in animation is a plus
- Wide portfolios in sketching, concept art, short animation, and comic
- Fluent spoken in English
- Able to work with tight schedules and deadlines.
