Job Description

  • Respond to incidents raised by dealers using a helpdesk ticketing application.
  • Resolve issues within a target resolution period raised by the dealers.
  • Escalate issues to (internal departments, system vendor) and monitor progress.
  • Analyze ticket trends, identify root causes and propose countermeasures.
  • Update and create helpdesk reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a degree in Business Administration/Management, Information Technology, or Industrial Engineering;
  • Experience in operations or automotive dealer operations is desired, but not required.
  • Preferably with experience in database management, data graphing, SAP C4C, DBM and SD.
  • Must possess good customer-service orientation and coordination skills;
  • Has good oral and written English communication and presentation skills;
  • Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City.
