Job Description
- Market research and product concept/project planning, scheduling and monitoring
- Product benchmarking survey with competitors and aftermarket
- Study new market trends and product innovation
- Conduct survey to dealers, aftermarket shops, supplier for new accessories introduction and pricing review
- Coordination with TMAP, TMP Vehicle Planning and C&A Development for accessories as Inline or Post-Production installed during Vehicle Accommodation Request (VAR) and Model Life Management(MLM) timing
- Dealer Installed Option (DIO) accessories introduction and run-out planning
- Prepares accessory target cost and planning volume
- Preparation, submission and monitoring of Planning Sheet or Accessory Development Request (ADRS) to TDEM
- System set-up (ex: part number, cost) of new accessory
- Prepares sales forecast of new product and run-out forecast
- Preparation of KPI reports (sales, management) and accessory pricing proposal
- Regular evaluation of sales targets and movement of new products
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration major in Operations Management, Marketing Management and Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Access
- Relevant work experience from automotive or consumer product industry is an advantage
- Knowledge in Automotive and Accessories
- Excellent English (oral and written) communication
- Project management experience- preparation, scheduling, monitoring
- Research skills to study new market trends and product innovation
- Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
