Collection/Account Receivable Supervisor

Job Description

  • Monitor Account Receiveables that have passed the deadline.
  • Collect the company's receiveables.
  • Remind and create warning letter to the building tenants who are in debt.
  • Coordinate with related parties.
  • Check the incoming money at the bank.
  • Create weekly AR collection report.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Has experiences in Account Receivables Shopping Mall or Property business.
  • Required Skill(s): Negotiation, MS Office Word and Excel
  • Has good negotiation skill, communication and persuasive.
  • Team work player.
  • Detail oriented and assertive.
