Job Description

  1. To implement merchandising strategy in the department (to create Differentiation and Margin Driven) in line with market expectation and the whole Commercial Strategy
  2. To be able to foresee market (growth) and opportunity. In order to achieve the department's goal, which are Sales, Gross Margin, Customer Satisfaction, and Brand Image
  3. To promote best selling items in order to maximize profits. To assess sales performance of ranges. To maintain good relationship with suppliers

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field
  2. Good Communication in English and Computer skill
  3. At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  4. Job role at previous work as buyer specialized in Home Accessories/ Home Textile Dept
  5. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Merchandising at retail company (product Home Textile)/ eCommerce
  6. Having good understanding in Retail business and Market Connection, would be a beneficial
  7. Capable in communication with suppliers and buying management (consignment)
