  • Mengontrol & memonitoring operasional store
  • Membuat strategi dalam pencapaian target sales
  • Memimpin tim member dalam pencapaian target sales
  • Menangani komplain dari pelanggan

Minimum Qualifications

  • Usia maksimal 35 tahun;
  • S1/sederajat, diutamakan dari jurusan Marketing;
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 7 tahun di bidang Retail Department Store ternama dengan 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Supervisor Area;
  • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan mampu bekerja dalam tim;
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa finansial yang baik;
  • Optimis dalam pencapaian target penjualan;
  • Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik.
