Job Description

Management Trainee is a Trans Retail Development Program in Carrefour and offers challenging program to develop future talented leaders in handling all management functions: store activities and retail business area.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field or Diploma from food production, with a minimum GPA of 2.75 from reputable universities
  • Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Previous organizational experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent English skills and computer literate
  • Having a sense of salesmanship
  • Initiative, proactive, hard-working and strong analytical thinking
  • Eager to expand career in retail industries
  • Ready to adapt with store working schedule and stationed everywhere in Indonesia
  • Willing to work on public holidays and weekends
