Job Description
Management Trainee is a Trans Retail Development Program in Carrefour and offers challenging program to develop future talented leaders in handling all management functions: store activities and retail business area.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field or Diploma from food production, with a minimum GPA of 2.75 from reputable universities
- Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Previous organizational experience will be an advantage
- Excellent English skills and computer literate
- Having a sense of salesmanship
- Initiative, proactive, hard-working and strong analytical thinking
- Eager to expand career in retail industries
- Ready to adapt with store working schedule and stationed everywhere in Indonesia
- Willing to work on public holidays and weekends
