Job Description
Job Role
Sourcing and controlling product based on his/her responsibilities in order to achieve target.
with following tasks:
- Building relations, sourcing, and negotiating with suppliers and principal.
- Calculating distribution, promoting variation, and set the target to achieve Net sales and Commercial Margin.
- Always obtain all related information in database sales system.
- Working closely with operation business to achieve target.
- Reporting all the merchandising activities.
- Liaising with existing suppliers and negotiating contracts
- Monitoring market changes, competitor prices and products
- Analysing past sales patterns to anticipate trends in consumer buying pattern
- Assisting visual merchandisers in planning store layouts to promote key lines
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field such as retail business or FMCG handle beverages is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): English skill, Microsoft Office
- Having good understanding in Retail business and Market Connection, would be a beneficial.
- Capable in communication with suppliers and buying management (consignment)
- Has good communication and leadership skill.
- Team work player, good networking.
- Well adapted, excellent negotiation skill.
- Customer oriented and result oriented.
- Good perseverance in under pressure situation.
