Job Description

  • Manages and control Human Resource in store operation.
  • Manages, create and work closely with related institution in term of of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.
  • Carries out responsible in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, recruitment, compensation and benefit, organizational develpment, and employment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably has experience in HR Operation/HR Business Partner.
  • Hold bachelor degree from Law, Psychology or Human Resources Management.
  • Having similar background experience in retail industry will be beneficial.
  • Having experience in HR Industrial Relation.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good knowledge and having relationship regarding rules regulations of government labor.
  • Experience handling labor union.
  • Able to create module training, deliver training and has coaching skill.
  • Good command in English both spoken and written.
  • Excellent leadership & problem solving skills.
  • Having good interpersonal skill and human relation skill.
  • Fast learner, taking initiative and communicative person.
  • Self-confident, well adapted and mature.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
