Job Description
- Are an ambitious and design-driven swiss-army knife with at least 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
- You are obsessed with beautiful designs, and creating smooth intuitive frictionless user experience — the statement “design is how it works” is something you not only agree with but, it’s your religion.

- You know how to dive deep, self-organize, identify problems that the team might not even be aware of, but also take direction, make fast changes, iterations
- Keep cool and calm when things get intense. We’re a startup environment in many senses of the word.
- Understand brand identity
- Considers the nuances of digital as it relates to quality and load of any graphic elements
- Maintain the database of images and artwork in a clear, organized and timely manner
- Daily communication and collaboration with teammates
- Working within tight timelines and meeting deadlines
- Support various departments with artwork and image requests
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience
- Good communication skills
- Self-starter or can train well on his/her own
- Can function solidly on his/her own but can work well with a team
- Has a strong passion for growth
- Has a great sense of aesthetic
- Can start immediately
- Has a working laptop to start with
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Excellent ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
