Job Description
- Analyze Architectural Plans and Actual Measurements
- Prepare a materials cost estimate for all works needed on site to accomplish project
- Keep track and record all site activities, costs, and materials used that are chargeable to the project
- Preparation and summaries of all accomplished work on site
- Maintain a schedule of submissions and responses, documents for approvals, inspections, variations, etc.
- In charge of preparing draft of quotations and proposals
- Maintain all QS documents and logs if applicable
- Preparation of payroll of machine operators and assistant operators and other field personnel
- Check all contract comments if being followed on site
- Document and file in a clear and organized manner all project documents, submittals, site instructions, accomplishments reports, billings, etc.
- Ensure documentary compliance to projects
- Attend onsite clarificatory, coordination, management, pre-bid, subcon meetings ,etc. as needed and required
- Perform other related duties that may be deemed necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
- Board of Architectural or Civil Engineering passer / Civil Engineer License Holder is an advantage
- At least 2 years working experience in the same field/industry
- Computer literate and Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong Analytical and Planning Skills and Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Team player and have the ability to work independently;
- Willing to work in Makati City
