Job Description

Support the internal team in handling auto claims, supplements and revisions to expedite the process.

  • Pro-actively coordinate the onboarding process of auto claims and act as a liaison by making outgoing calls and emails to ensure all parties involved have what they need to fulfill their part in the claims cycle.
  • Monitor, call and email regarding pending supplements and revisions to meet and/or exceed cycle time.
  • Ensure all interactions made with clients and other affiliates are logged into the system accurately and in a timely manner for proper documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Has 2-3 years of experience in customer service; handling a US account.
  • Must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
  • Good speaking and writing skills in English.
  • Background in auto claims or other types of insurance is a huge plus.
  • Knowledge in cars is a plus.
