Job Description
- Performs administrative work like facilitating various requests
- Manages needs of teachers i.e. materials, salaries, class schedules
- Functions as registrar. Manages student database.
- Functions as liaison officer for government agencies like TESDA
- Over-all office management i.e. security, maintenance, messengerial
- Monitors supplies and materials and handles revolving fund
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION: Graduate of any 4-year business related course
WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years experience in an administrative-level position. With HR background.
- Basic Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good organization skills
- People skills
