Job Description
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for customer assistance via phone, email and chat including ticket creation and ticket assignment to the support team members. Additional job responsibilities include customer follow-up via phone to ensure their recent support experience was positiive and issue resolved.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Atleast 6 months or more years of experience with customer communication via phone.
- Ability to answer live calls and assist customers ensuring an excellent experience.
- Ability to learn software to open, update, escalate and provide customers case updates.
- Ability to collaborate with the team members and software to grow skills and strengthen knowledge.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
