Job Description
The Recruitment Officer is in charge of the following:
- Acquiring new Financial Advisors for Sun Life Financial Philippines - Tree of Life NBO.
- Sourcing leads for new recruits
- Facilitating recruits'application process
- Monitoring their onboarding progress until coding as Financial Advisors
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or any program relevant to the position.
- Must have at least one (1) year of work experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment, or in a manpower/staff outsourcing agency.
- Must be tech-savvy and proficient in online recruitment platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, JobStreet, Kalibrr) and in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Filipino languages.
- Must have strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Must be physically able and willing to not only report to work in Makati, but also travel within Metro Manila if the need arises.
