Job Description
- Work with Brand Planning & Market Research, Stakeholder Relations and Creative Services teams to build interactive, data-driven editiorial content
- Responsible for sourcing, analyzing and conceptualizing visual representation of exclusive data for our stakeholders
- Able to compose clear and coherent technical information
- Able to deeply understand company’s products/solutions, services and offerings.
- Able to establish, classify and analytic business metrics
- Develop a thorough understanding of the audience and the documentation required by meeting with colleagues, and working with managers
- Determines the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehrension; writes and edits technical information, accordingly.
- Collaborates product specialists convert writing into a variety of easy-to-underdstand languages or terminologies
- Creates, adapts, and follows project schedule and deadlines
- Prepares interesting written copies or articles for the website
- Create and maintain an updated portfolio of services, solutions and products the company offers
- Assists in coordinating marketing activities
Minimum Qualifications
Desired Skills
- Excellent graphic design and visual story-telling ability
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Inkscape, or other graphic design software
- Ability to leverage BI tools such as Tableau or Spotfire
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and advance projects in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Open and straightforward

- Background in ICT
- Experience with HTML5 / CSS and Python for building dynamic web content
- Experience with web-based data visualization technologies like D3.js
- Understanding of statistical methods and predictive analytics preferred
Qualification
- Bachelor's 4-yr BS/BA degree and courses (preferably related to data-visualization and storytelling, information design, graphic design, communications, business analytics or related areas)
- 5+ years of experience as copy-writer, editor or journalist-type role in a data-centric environment
- 2+ years of experience transforming raw data sets into compelling and meaningful visual illustrations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Tableau (or other mainstream data visualization tools)
- Must be able to present examples of prior work
