- Gather, understand and evaluate user requirements based on business objective and analytics tools in collaboration with Product Owner (PO)/ stakeholders/ related working units
- Illustrate design ideas and translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- UI/UX maintenance and troubleshooting
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images and make sure all the design comply with brand guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
- Have a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, computer science or related field;
- 3 – 5 years proven experience in designing for web and mobile applications with increasing complexity;
- Strong applied skills for design tools related to creating mobile and web application interfaces, e.g., Figma (sitemap, user flow, wire framing, prototyping), Adobe XD, Zeplin, Photoshop, Illustrator;
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS;
- Having experience or portfolio in capital market or financial technology may be advantageous
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders;
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions;
- You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics;
- Good understanding of design process and usage of the data;
- Fluent in English;
- Experience in scrum team.
