Job Description
Responsibilities
The major responsibility of an Integration and Delivery manager is to interface with Financial Institutions (Banks or NBFCs) who are our clients to integrate and deliver our solutions.
You will also engage with our clients/banks (our service consumers) to perform back tests, integrate via API or discuss around delivery of services through multiple channels. You will interface with product and engineering teams for any new feature development or changes requested by our clients.
- Manage multiple parallel distributed global deployments
- Work with a team of elite Engineers, DevOps and SREs to plan and deliver the platform
- Work with support Engineers and platform product manager to make sure all the latest components are deployed
- Create delivery roadmaps, precise execution plans, and deliver the platform as per plan
- Work with vendor teams and partners to ensure Platform integration and necessary data for model execution happens on time as planned
- Work with the Security team and coordinate compliance certifications and pen-testing exercises, reports and fixes
- Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled before Go-Live
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and platform handover to operations is complete
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: at least 7 – 9 years of Product delivery experience
- Industries: Telco, IT, Fintech, Finance
- Should have 4 to 5 years of experience leading product delivery
- Should have experience with managing large deployment project with multiple parties involved (Estimating, Project planning, Roadmap, Daily reporting)
- Work closely with all stakeholders to plan, execute the plan, escalate when planned activities are not complete
- Should have experience deploying platform components (OS, Middleware, Database and Big data clusters)
- Good understanding in both traditional data center and cloud deployments
- Experience leading complex debugging sessions from the application to operating system level
- High organization and technical skills (Must have)
- Should be comfortable to travel extensively
