Jr. Instructor | Training Provided

• Computer science or IT degree NOT required
• Complete the course and get hired as a full-time instructor

Initially, you will join Tuitt's coding bootcamp for free. The program lasts 3 months and you will gain enough web development skills to get hired even as a software engineer.

You are expected to assist other students who joined the bootcamp. They are students who do not have IT background, but are aiming to be full-stack web developers after the bootcamp.

After successfully completing the coding bootcamp, you will transition to a full-time instructor position.

• Attend Tuitt's coding bootcamp course in your first 3 months.
• Assist other students to learn with learning the instructional materials.
• Help Tuitt instructors and guidance officers to lead classes effectively.
• After completing the coding bootcamp, if hired as an instructor, you will teach students on a day-to-day basis and conduct student consultations.
• The 3 months coding bootcamp is enough training to be hired as a software engineer, but not enough to become a lead instructor. Therefore after your internship, you're expected to join a team with a senior instructor who has deep knowledge in tech
• Improve students' learning experience by adjusting curriculum, software, hardware and network

• IT or Education degree not required, but a plus
• Experience in teaching or curriculum development in any field is required
• Excellent English communication skills
• Passion for teaching is required
• Has passion for learning and self-growth / personal development
• Willing to work in Makati
• P12,000 allowance during the free 3 months of web development training
• P18,000 once hired as an instructor
