Job Description
What Will You Learn:
How to build competitive advantage against,not just industry competitors, but cross-industries competitor giants. Also to predict if it's a one-winner for all case, or more of everybody can have a good share of the market case.
What Will You Do:
- Desktop & observation research on unicorn or big E-Commerce's advancement & preparation towards the financial services or lending space
- Benchmark more mature lending industries in other country (or region) to study business models, things that can be applied in Indonesia, see where the competition landscape in digital lending could shape up in Indonesia
- Identify competitive advantage that UangTeman need to establish itself as the leader in Southeast Asia digital lending
- Identify strategic capabilities needed to achieve the competitive advantage and project them into high-level timelines for milestones
- Create impact analysis on milestones across division to create a comprehensive action plans towards building the competitive advantage
Minimum Qualifications
- Business / Economic / Management / Finance students
- Students must be minimum in their 3rd year of undergraduate program or doing their graduate program
