Job Description
- Arrange all meeting rooms, including ensure the equipment inside are available and neatly arranged
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing documents/letters/packages
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries, politely and professionally
- Handling and filling invoice delivery document
- Handle grab code for employee
- Filing and documentation vendor in general affairs
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must process at least diploma/bachelor degree in any field
- Preferably those coming from Banking/Financial Services Industry
- Able to speak in English both verbal & written
- Familiar using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Customer service oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Preferably having minimum 1 years in related position
