Job Description
- Presents and sells company products to current and potential clients
- Negotiates terms of agreement and makes accurate and rapid cost calculations before closing sales
- Consistently hits or exceeds monthly sales quota
- Identifies business opportunities by recognizing sales prospects and making contact
- Maintains accurate records of all sales, presentations, contacts, referrals, cold calls, etc.
- Prepares sales reports and submits them in a timely manner
- Creates actions plans and schedules to determine specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of products, market trends, best practices, etc.
- Establishes and maintains excellent client relationships
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Management, Marketing, Animal Science or Medical Sciences
- Required Skill(s): Excellent communication (both oral and written), negotiation, strategic and analytical, interpersonal, organization, and presentation skills
- Must have at least 2 years experince in sales with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Must be responsible, reliable, hard-working and self-motivated
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Must possess a valid driver's license and know how to drive a four-wheeled vehicle
- Must be willing to travel
