Job Description
- Lead E-sports team and business development (tournaments management, player management)
- Lead project development of IOG’s social media and community activations
- Overseeing daily content management for IOG’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, Discord)
- Overseeing daily community management for IOG
- Manage program financials (from concept to feasibility to final approval)
- Compile and analyze market intelligence/competitive information; make recommendations, when relevant, to seize market opportunities or adjust program elements
- Manage and develop junior team members, supporting their growth and capabilities
- Interest in gaming, e-sports, streaming, sports, anime, Web 3, NFT
- Experience in building discord community, building guilds (knowledge in P2E space and its community a PLUS)
- Previous experience: e-sports team management
- Skills: project management, social media savvy, public speaking, team management, presentation skills (Canva kills a plus), Google suite skills (Docs, Slides, Sheets), discord building
Minimum Qualifications

Has experience 2-3 years as project management or related field

Previous experience: agency as content creator/ creative in industry
